yeah i personally haven't made any contributions to Dmania but my friends did . They really prepared some nice memes and their hard work didn't paid off . Their hardwork fell in water since they thought dmania would help grow them . But your situation is seeming very worse since you've delegated the steem and yet you haven't got any upvotes .
Full disclosure. I did get some upvotes from them further back but these were 4 examples of really good memes that didn't get the upvote. It just felt too much like playing a slot machine and it seemed to be clear that his voting was mainly going toward people who had already pumped the payout way up with upvote bots. So since I wasn't doing that it wasn't about the quality of the meme..... it was about what could earn him the most Steem Power. At least that is the way it seems.
