What does "Bayanihan" means?

Bayanihan is a Filipino custom and is the core essence of the Filipino culture. It is an act of volunteerism that's why it is also called "The Community Spirit". It refers to teamwork, an act of kindness and an act of humanity. It is to help each other to make the workload easier and faster. It is synonymous to the words unity, teamwork and cooperation. As what as @bayanihan indicates in his profile, bayanihan is making impossible things possible by the virtue of unity.

It shows that sometimes in life, we might think that something is impossible for us to do. But if there is unity, with the help of @bayanihan, we can make all things possible!
