- SP delegated = Power over the bot. This shouldn't really change now because that's how to encourage delegating.
- We need to spread the reward. That means no one can get rewarded repeatedly without some cool down. That doesn't mean excluding High SP or Low SP. It means everyone should be treated the same.
- We need to work how to avoid work arounds.
