Dmania is Going Down to (5) reputation | Just A Warning?

I have made many many suggestions to improve this platform, which could have saved it from this whale attack. Sadly no one listened. I'm not going to say I told you so ... but now you have a reason to improve.

I think this is only a warning to @Dmania. They can still pick up where they were and change things in the platform to prevent abuse/plagiarism. If someone is to be paid $50-$100 per meme, it better be good. Otherwise, you're using money (SP) irresponsibly.

1. Manual/Semi-Manual curation should be introduced. Incentivise good memes and incentivise honest curation.
2. @steemit delegated SP to you, you need to delegate responsibilities . Hire more people in your team.

In my opinion, choosing delegators as curators is a creating circlejerk group. You can't set the economy towards one direction, then try to fight it. It's ridiculous

Unless you create a separate group of curators and incentivise them to be honest, you will be updating your algorithm forever. Listen to me I have nothing to gain or lose with Dmania, not a delegator and not a regular poster. I see it as an opportunity to help STEEM grow but this way it won't progress fast. I repeat it's all about Economic not Algorithm/Memers

Here's an idea on how tiers can potentially be if a curator group is to be made. Each tier will have a power and price!

#Dmanics: 1 sbd (loyal users)

• Power: all upvote/downvote count towards the bot (setting the average)
• Incentive: keep the platform great/enjoy the content.
• Penalty: abusers can lose their membership.

#Witnesses: 100 sbd (cannot be a delegator)

• Power: approve/disprove only from above average posts.
• Incentive: % of dmanic vote.
• Penalty: abusers can lose their membership.

#BOT: chooses randomly from approved above average memes

#Top delegators:

• Power: Can vote in/out witnesses/dmanics based on past performance.
• Incentive: grow dmania/grow their return
• Penalty: destroy dmania/destroy their return

Trending should be meaningless .. only #Dmanics votes matter
Of course this idea can only be successful when enough members are there and are used to the new system ..

Seeing the amount of SBD thrown at upvoting bots, I'll say you will have many joining the group in No Time!
