Spending money for public libraries is never lost money! In other countries, like UK, libraries closing down.
I absolutely agree with you. Governments think people don't read as many books as they used to be, that's the fact ok, but quality books aren't being printed, libraries are being close down, how can we expect it to be the opposite?
