So I just started on steemit today and I'm also quite confused. So our up vote is only meaningful once every 2.4 hours? What happens if we already up voted a bunch of posts in that time frame. (Does that mean that the amount of time our voting power will need to replenish can get longer)?
if you upvote more often than that, your vote power diminishes accordingly.. I voted too much the last couple days - today my votes are at 32% and will take 81 hours to get back to 100%..
Oh! God, I upvote too many posts, I don't know how much power is left..
