I think you've missed the point. Politics requires coercion and the initiation of aggression. That is why governments will always be incompatible with freedom.
The Government of NAP is crowdfunded local defense/emergency protection forces and third-party arbitration based on pre-established treaty/contract (i.e. their common law)
there can be conflicts between the two.... I think politics built on the right principles is the best combination to have =)
