I film with my phone, with a timelapse setting. the above part is... a complicated DIY set up of a cheap octopus tripod and some wooden planks taped to a shelf.
I see. I’ve been trying to set up my camera to film from above but i cant seem to get it. I guess i have to keep looking for the right way to set it up 😂
yeah, i can't film with my camera, so the phone is really handy! Plus it's light enough to have it stay stable above. I've seen all sorts of setups over the years on instagram, including positioning the phone on two rulers, which sit on two bookstacks... that must be really uncomfortable.
