Hi - I couldn't be here for the show. I missed out a lot. Sorry about that. It's been a significant eye-opener spending more time in the server the past two weeks. My personal notes to remind myself is that poetsunited purpose is to raise the visibility of poetry on steem blockchain - why? because we think that poetry is a medium for greater expression by more people. Raising the visibility of poetry on steemit (and internet) will lead to many positive things, one of those is increasing rewards for poets. But we are limited in power, so who can access the services...

• operational definition for assessing whether the content of members' posts match with the aims of poetsunited - building the ranks of active poet and subscriber roles - The procedure (operational definitions) should be clear so that any steemian can know how to join behind our aims. Apart from quality (originality) assessment, we consider the frequency of poetry-related tags in relation to other tags.

• We need more hands on deck. Curation should also be done more and more by a panel, rather than an individual. So I attempted to break down the workflow of the daily dose (as a first project) to work out procedure to involve more members - building the ranks of the contributor role . @ange.nkuru and @mizdais were wonderful in working on that, and I have no reason to doubt that the panel will grow and our efficiency along with that.
