I'm not sure what you mean cool red design, but the dlive video has mods that render skyrim character models, both male and female, as fully naked. that plus any possible offensive language made me tag as NSFW. It's a safe than sorry kind of thing.
Ah, Thanks for the explanation! I haven't gamed in a long time (except for Resident Evil), so I am not up to date! I meant the "NSFW" logo, which looks kinda dangerous/cool.
