Welcome to Episode 03 for #TNGForever - a new live streaming series of educational conversations from TopNetworkersGroup.com. As highlighted in Episode 02 the main goal is to educate our network marketing audience. Most of the people who work with us now, and who tune into our content are coming from that industry and that is who we are aiming to help. The industry needs more professionals, as it's overrun with amateurs.

We're testing out live streaming software and have some bumps in the road to overcome. We'll do that, live, so that others can see what it's like to get Out of our comfort zones, and into the money....

In Episode 3, we dive into Alternative Platforms. As Leaders within network marketing often fail to do this very thing. Too many are hung up in following the masses, rather than leading the masses. Should we still be using platforms like Google, Facebook and Twitter, if there are better platforms? Should we, as leaders, concern ourselves with ensuring monopolies do not continue to enslave society??

These are the kinds of big questions 'MLM Leaders' shy away from. It's put them in a weakened position in our society as a whole. This lack of leadership in our space has led network marketing back into the Dark ages, where too many people see it as a big scam. Instead of, what MLM truly is and always has been.

Not only is it an alternative method of earning income, but MLM is a way to truly transform society. I started out my career with an MLM company marketing telemarketing services. I feel that my efforts, and the efforts of thousands of people like me, helped lead the way to Cell phones, and Unlimited text, calling & Data plans.

We brought competition into the space, and led people away from the Big Companies.

As Network Marketers, we have to get back to our roots. We must understand what our real role is in the world of business. We help keep things fair, and honest and actually create Opportunity. So here on Steemit, you and I can create content and earn real currency. We don't 'just' have to depend on the efforts of others however, that is how all economy works.

More importantly, this is a conversation about alternative income for black people.

Understanding how economy works, we must build networks to overcome challenge we specifically face. The society we are in continues to throw obstacles our way, that education and economics would help us break through. However, the things we need won't come from governments, or politicians. We must take what we need for our selves. We must build, and network better, and work less on being fully independent from one another.

There is strength and power in numbers. Never forget that.

All economy runs on Co-dependence ...

So don't let that aspect of MLM run you away. Embrace it. Be proud of 'needing' 3-5 business partners, who also need 3-5 business partners to build a network.
