Joshua Tree Drive

If you are a desert lover and who loves to look at the open sky filled with stars during the night and enjoying endless route of hiking during the day, then Joshua Tree is the place to go.

With a drive from Midtown Los Angeles approximately 2 hours, you can arrive to this destination. Joshua tree is super nice during the winter and spring time but not recommended in the summer due to the excessive heat.

If you want to hike, this require planning to which length you want to go because there are more than 10 places you can choose from and make sure you end your plan when the sunsets. One other important thing is get a offline map during your walk so if you ever feel like you are getting lost, you will know which direction to head to.

There are no dangerous animals with in this area, we saw many rabbits and small lizards.

We rented an Airbnb during our trip here which was lovely. You can manage to rent some places that will lead you a walk right into the park.
