Wow, looked like a fairly decent outdraft there! Lots of sustain on the 3v3 map is never a bad idea, seems like the other team's lack of tankiness really hurt when trying to live through the burst potential. Wp!
Yeah, this is/was the meta basically in 3v3. Heavy sustained damage + support top + tanky mage at bot with a cc. Full burst like Syndra also works. Back in the day when I regularly played LoL, I could see the 1 hyper carry with smite and a team built around it phenomenon quite often. But of course, you can counter everything.
