I make Omelette's all the time, but don't like scrambled eggs.

Maybe its because I put around a ton of cheese on the Omelette while cooking it. I don't know.

Sort:  

We raise our own Soy free organic eggs. They are a delight to eat any way you cook them.

I prefer eggs fried in bacon fat or just straight sunflower oil. Over medium with the yellow still slightly runny.
Some properly fried bacon, toast with butter and strawberry jelly on it. And to add some good nutrients fruits like watermelon and cantaloupe on the side. Of course some fresh sliced tomato on the side graced with freshly ground Himalayan salt and black pepper is more than enough.
The yellows are rich and the taste is smooth no matter how you cook them.
