I agree with what you are saying taking responsibility and gaining control of your life, when you are the leader you only got yourself to blame so next time you can do better and learn from it, but I am not saying this is an excuse but society seems to be putting alot less value on anything men do and giving all the power to women putting even guys who want to be leaders in crippling situations, not only that but you must be weary of many women taking advantage of blaming a men for everything taking it when wrong can have some very negative effects costing even lifes.
