My Trip to Stunning Croatia - Arrival at Dubrovnik / 克罗地亚之旅 - 到达Dubrovnik

Waking up at 3am to head off to the airport, is not something I'm used to in the slightest. However, with limited choices departing from London to Dubrovnik, we had no other option.

Finally arrived in Dubrovnik at 9am, although both @ezzy and I both looked like we needed a couple more hours of sleep to feel anything like a human, lol. But the sunshine in Croatia did a good job in revitalizing the energy inside of me. I am finally here, a week and a half long holiday in Croatia!

Beautiful weather and gorgeous landscapes were literally in every direction I looked. It was almost indescribable how breathtaking everything is. I was trying to let it all fully sink in during my taxi ride to the apartment we booked, now totally forgetting about the fact that I'd only had 2 hours sleep the night before, lol.

The location of the apartment we booked was not too far from the famous “old town”, but close enough to be able to enjoy a stunning view of it from our window. Actually, our room happened to be situated substantially higher up from sea level so we were able to see all the splendor that Dubrovnik has to offer, such as the shimmering turquoise water, mountains, the island of Lokrum as well as the old town in the distance as I mentioned. Absolutely mesmerizing!

Almost the whole afternoon, we were enjoying a relaxing time within the confines of our own private terrace overlooking that amazing Adriatic Sea. So beautiful and calming, what a perfect way to start off out vacation!

凌晨3点醒来，@ezzy和我匆忙赶往伦敦Garwick机场。这是我们期盼已久的克罗地亚之旅，但由于从伦敦到Dubrovnik的航班选择有限，我们只能牺牲一下我们的睡眠时间咯，呵呵。

终于在上午9点到达Dubrovnik，尽管@ezzy和我都疲惫不已，但这里灿烂的热带阳光让我瞬间意识到，我们终于来到了克罗地亚这个度假圣地了！

在乘坐的士去往住处途中，和煦阳光照射着，我深深地陶醉在这个岛屿的美丽风景中，完全忘却了前一天晚上才睡了2个小时，哈哈！

我们租的公寓离著名的“老城区”不远，可以远眺观看到整个老城区的概貌。碰巧我们的地势比较高，在这里可以观赏到Dubrovnik 的迷人景致，绿宝石般的海，连绵的山脉，海对面的Lokrum岛，真是美得像一幅画，让我不敢相信自己的眼睛！

我和@ezzy几乎整个下午都在露台上俯瞰着美丽而平静的亚得里亚海，看着船来船往，享受着无比轻松休闲的时光！
