Figuring Out How To Use DLive & The Many Other Awesome Applications BUILT ON The Steem Blockchain!
So I have been on Steemit for over a year and a half but honestly I have never used Steemvoter, Streemian, Busy.org Dtube, Dlive, Dsound or any of the other apps built on the power of Steem.
So I figured its about time that I start exploring and experimenting with these other apps and see whats up. So in the next few days I am going to spend hours researching the apps build on Steem, testing them out and beginning to use them.
I will then start to make some posts and tutorials on these various apps as we should all know how to use them regardless of if they are worth using or not we should at least know how they work and how to use them.
I am stoked that there is competition to youtube in the form of Dtube and DLive and that there is also commotion for Dlive in Dtube and competition for Dtube in Dlive!
As we know in the free market compition is GOOD as it creates incentive to succeed!
I also know that both Dtube and Dlive have backing from Steemit and are VERY similar. So in the next few days I will be exploring them, testing them and reporting to you!
In conclusion STEEM is awesome, it is super powered. Not only is it one of the best if not the best crypto on earth because of its almost instantaneous translation times, but also because of its ZERO fees!
On top of that we have a blockchain that all these other REAL LIFE apps are being built to help us share and interact with each other which is a REAL WORLD VALUE!
I am super excited about Steem and as I have been saying for 1.5 years I BELIEVE IN IT, I INVEST IN IT and I PROMOTE/SUPPORT it!
I am now doing 50/50 payout posts simply because the SBD is high at the moment, but I will be converting it all to $teem to continue my perfect record of cashing out ZERO $teem nor ever powering down, thus powering up!
You are indeed one of Steemits greatest supporters. I think it's great you are taking this to another level and going to give us the scoop. You always have a very in depth, concise and unbiased perspective, as you always share what you find for yourself. I'm excited to hear how this goes. It's been hard to watch the Dlive recordings so far, as they haven't had continuity for me yet. Staying tuned to see the developments and insights you'll share.
Yes unfortunately its very slow, not a very good thing for anyone who wants to WATCH something haha

Glad you're trying out dlive & letting us know how it goes! I haven't found a decentralized video platform I like yet, willing to give this a shot if it does all the things I want it to do. The video is not playing for me though, so that's not a good sign...
Yes they they don't have the power behind them to work as well as youtube does, which is to be expected at this point. However Dlive has potential for sure and the more we support it the faster it grows!

wow. you're so lucky finding steemit in early days. This platform has a future and starting to collect the coins as many as I can. Though, the price drops, I have no worries.
