My name is Vuong Anh, I’m a young chef who loves to explore. I want to learn about the cuisine of wherever I go. This is the trailer of my journey to the Northwest mountain of Vietnam. I learned a lot about this beautiful land; about their food, ingredients, and culture. During the trip, I cooked some of their traditional dishes using the local freshest ingredients.
