This is a great question @oddworld4saken.
I'm not actually sure about banning in dtube or dlive, but I know the point of these Dapp are to avoid censorship. However that brings to light the complications of what constitutes copyright infringement and the like.
In terms of streaming YouTube, DTube, or other video platforms on Dlive and chatting about it, I would think that it would not be an issue considering the content is freely available and you can be doing a favor to the content creators by giving them exposure on another channel.
However if the content is PAID or protected content of some kind, I feel like that would be a clear no no.
Right now, I think it's mostly about bringing awareness and understanding to these new platforms and how they can positively affect the community.
