I hope there is never a day when that technology becomes real
ideally a world without weapons is the safest, but people are inherently capable of using their bodies as weapons and making weapons. The best we can hope for is to make sure everyone has the ability to defend themselves. Banning machine guns didn't reduce crimes, I don't thinl banning semi-autos would work.
