This is an salutations b from asthanga
It goes like this
-Start in prayer
- Inhale to chair pose
- Exhale forward fould
- Inhale halfway lift
- Exhale step, jump or float to plank pose or chaturanga
- Inhale cobra pose
- Exhale to down dog
- Inhale step your right foot in front to warrior
- Exhale plant your hands and step back to plank pose or chaturanga.
- Inhale cobra or up dog
10.exhale down dog
11.inhale step left fot in front to warrior
12.exhale plant your hands step back to plank pose or chaturanga. - Inhale to cobra or up dog
- Exhale down dog
15 inhale jump, step or float even go come up to your handstand.
16.exhale forward fold
17.inhale to chair pose - exhale to prayer.

your shoulders are so open - did you have to do certain flexibility exercises for that? great flow!
The best pose I know for open the shoulders is full wheel.. And what you do is... You do it beside the the wall. So you can place your hands on the wall side.. Push up to wheel, then you hands is locked on the ground wall side.. So you can push with your foot to open your shoulders and better back bend.. I dont know if you understand what I'm trying to say my baby English way... Lock you hands by the wall... So you am push with your foots... At one point you will get your chest into the wall... After that you can use block... 🌟have a good day sister ✌️I will post a picture to you more understanding... Coming soon... Here you go.. You do like this to open your shoulders..


What you want to achieve is getting your chest to the wall.. Push with your foots.. Tuck your belly into the spine and up to your heart, and you shoulders as long as possible from your ears.. Broadening your chest mens take your sholder blades a bit into your upper spine..
-At the point you get your chest to the wall you start with blocks between your hands and the wall... It will give you a killer backbend and open your shoulders for sure.. Stand there at least 5 deep breaths ✌️
