A workout doing some legs (15 single leg squats, 30 squats, 25 single leg calf raises on each leg, 25 calf raises, 100 fast calf raises, 50 shin raises, 1 minute wall seat), stomach (30 leg lifts with hands under mat, 30 sit ups with feet under mat, 3 sets of 100 small leg lifts, 100 crunches on each side, 100 crunches in the middle, 100 side leg lifts on each side, 20 floor windshield wipers), and upper body/shoulders (3 sets of 10 pull ups on the parallel bars, 3 sets of 10 handstand push ups on the parallettes against the wall, 3 sets of 10 handstand push ups on the low rings and finishing up with a few turns on the Total Gym).
