Connecting Steem with MOMO Vendors.
My quest to help bring lots of MOMO vendors to steemit is well motivated by the kind words and the daily upvotes from all of you. Today l share with you another MOMO vendor l came to cash some money on the street. It is the best way to share steem with them and you need to see the excitement they grap the opportunity with. With most MOMO Vendors on steemit,the community grows bigger and more investors to deal with. I see steem having a great partnership with MOMO service here in Ghana. MTN MOMO Does Everything In Ghana
Are you aware of MOMO(Mobile Money) as the fastest and most used service for transactions in Ghana and some parts of Africa? It is the most efficient way of sending and receiving money here in Ghana. The service of MOMO has inflicted huge fear to many banks as it has gone a long way to reduce transactions at the various banks in Ghana. Wont it be good for the banks if the partner with the MOMO services to ensure its operation in their activities? My thoughts though. It is just as having cryptocurrency like btc where most banks are afraid to embrace. It is that time financial institutions begin to partner with companies and other services to make use of cryptos too.
MTN MOMO now pays Services
MTN is seen the leading MOMO service provider here in Ghana and Africa. It takes the lead for other Telecommunication networks to follow suit.Maybe thats because it covers the most users of the Ghanaian population. After the introduction of ATM for MOMO transactions,it has taken a step further to help its customers to be able to make payment with MOMO everywhere and purchase of item or service rendered. Ghanaians are now able to pay for their fuel at the shell or fuel stations using their MTN MOMO account. This has compelled all fuel companies to write boldly their MTN MOMO account number on the walls of their operation centers for customers to easily make payment without stress. This is so beautiful and most people have expressed their happiness to this effort.
In addition you can now pay the food hawkers and almost all sellers on the street with your MOMO account so eaily. You only have to visit any MTN MOMO vendor and get your wallet loaded with money to be able to make payment with any item you buy. You know this comes with its own prons and cons but in as much as it has made life so easy and simple,people really do not mind of whatever threat it posses.
This is exactly how we steemians would want to see here in Ghana some day. Many thanks to @yensesa for taking the initiative to begin with steemians in Ghana. This has so many goodies for us all. Kumasi mall has already started with this making their customers able to make payments via bitcoin. Steem should hopefully be seen and accepted for payments as well. The campaign is on to get lots of people on board to understand how they can get steem for free simply by sharing a content.

you should look into @yensesa it is the Ghanaian project to connect mobile money with steemit. these vendors will truly be able to accept steem and exchange it for a fair rate on the @yensesa website. With @yensesa they will soon be able to exchange all cryptos for mobile money.
If the vendors take STEEM the don't need MTN except for the data, and certainly don't need banks, except maybe to pay their suppliers?
Steem is not stable enough to be used as a for of monetary exchange. the daily change needs to be a bit less volatile to sway business owners. if we get sbd back on the peg it may be useful but for now exchanging steem would be most sensible for a business owner in Africa
I think they both are,steem/sbd. We just have to make good use of whicever leads the market for our exchange. Vendors must be given assurance of having steem for their exchange and work with @yensesa to help promote data business as well stated by @surfyogi. Thanks for your submission @masterroshi
So I think that the game changer will be this... I go to a data vendor >> I want to buy data >> I pull up my Yensesa mobile app >> send the equivalent of the data money from Steem to MOMO for the vendor. This is how it will start... now when crypto becomes main stream then instead of sending MOMO, they send crypto from their Yensesa mobile app.

Of course sir.. If steem is taken there isnt any other option but they would have to purchase more internet data with MTN from me for their daily activities online. But they may partner with @yensesa to have a very collective smooth exvhange here on steemit. But thanks always for your love and support of this through the upvote. This is exactly my point. Exactly what l tell most vendors l speak to.. Especially as the new ATM for momo has made most of them lose their jobs.thanks to @yensesa for this and l am glad you are in for this @masterroshi
It will even be more massive once we launch the Yensesa Power. A basic income project for the African community. We can easily onboard alot of MOMO merchants that are now out of business and help empower them to get started with Steem and grow. They will even earn more on Steem than they are doing with MOMO. @yensesa will in a way help boost my mtn data business as customers would have to purchase data from me and then pay with steem/sbd through @yensesa...non steemians would be able to make good use of this service too..thanks for this and waiting for the official launch
