Nice! I got to see a show of his in .... 2003? 2004? About a year before we lost him, as he was preparing for his last filmed show. Poignant and hysterical!
I would have loved to see him in person, it was Summer of 2008 when he died. I remember getting a message (that day) from one of my friends that also liked him, I was at work and I remember thinking he was a person I didn't know personally (I normally don't form attachments with celebrities) but it still was really disappointing to lose him.
