I know exactly what you mean with that!!! at my level, i can pretty much know if i can do the jump by just looking at it, and then i get the feel on my heart if i can do it or if can't. i always listen my heart in these cases!! and then... you can take all the baby steps necesary in order to do the jump safely!!

Pretty sweet moves bro! I also enjoy watching parkour videos, i wish it wouldbve been more popular wben i was younger cuz it seems like something i definitely would've gotten into.. unfortunately this dog is a bit to old to learn new tricks lol..
definitely is something i recommend to everybody! if you like to do exercises maybe you could try it some day, doing low impact parkour could help you in your agility and is a great excercise jajaja
