Hello steemitian, yesterday I have post a video about my favorite shopping mall in Hong Kong. I have mentioned that this Kwai Chung Plaza do have a lot of delicious food! The food culture there is very special. Therefore, I have especially made a video about the food in Kwai Chung Plaza. If you want to know more about Kwai Chung Plaza. 各位Steeemit的朋友，昨天的影片我介绍了我最喜欢的香港商场。并有提及过葵涌广场有很多很好吃的美食。因为葵涌广场的街头小吃文化非常特别，所以我特别另外创作了这一段影片为大家介绍葵涌广场的食品。如果你想知道更多有关葵涌广场的资料，可以参考我上一段影片。

So today I am going to talk about the food culture in Kwai Chung Plaza. In Kwai Chung Plaza, most of the food are local snacks and drink. But it can already enough to treat as normal lunch and dinner. As you can get noodle, rice, sushi, hand roll, pan cake, waffle...etc in there. Many local people will spend their holiday there and eat the snacks as lunch or dinner.

所以我这次会好好为向大家介绍一下葵涌广场的饮食文化。在这里，大部份食品都是街头小食和饮品。但份量也足够当成正餐了。因为你可以在这里吃面、吃饭、吃手卷、日式班戟、松饼等饱肚的食物。

You can see there are a lot of snack shop there.

你可以看到这里有很多形形式式的小食店。

It is "Spicy Shredded Chicken with Buckwheat Noodles". Very spicy but very yummy!

这是麻辣手撕鸡荞麦面。很辣，但很香很有风味。

You can see there are food everywhere in Kwai Chung Plaza! As a food-lover, you must love it! Especial the price is very cheap! You can buy a lot of food there!

在这里，你可以看到周围都是食物。简直是吃课的福音。而且价钱非常便宜，可以大吃特吃吃到饱。

The next food I love is eggettes (Small ball-shaped egg waffle). It is a very cheap and tasty snack which is very popular in Hong Kong. It also have different flavor. I chose sesame this time. The smell is great!

另一样我喜爱的食物是鸡蛋仔。鸡蛋仔是一种在香港很流行的平价小食。有不同的味道可以选择，这次我选了芝麻味。芝麻味道又香又好吃，配上鸡蛋仔是一流呢。

You can see the food in here are very special and local. Also you can find some localized international food there due to glocalization.

这里的食物都很特别和很本地化。你可以找到很多本地化了的外国小食，是全球在地化的好例子呢。

I like spicy so that I have buy another spicy food there. In this shop, you can choose the food you like there and they will cook for you using hot pot with spicy soup. It is also tasty and yummy!

喜爱香辣的我再次去寻找香辣的小食。在这间小店，你可以选择自己喜爱的配料，然后他们就把配料会放进充满香辣汤汁的小火锅里烹调呢。当然，这也很好吃，那香辣汤汁令人欲摆不能呢。

Sometimes these shop may offer a limited number of seat and table.

有时候，有些店铺会像这一间般，有小量座位。

Some of the shops also accept Wechat pay, Ailpay, very convenience

在这里有些商店都接受不同的电子付款方式，很方便呢。

Just mentioned glocalization, you can find Japnese food here. But they are in Hong Kong style. In order to match Hong Kong people. For example, there are cooked sushi, Thai food but not spicy...etc. As people in Hong Kong cannot withstand strong spicy. They could also like to add a lot of sugar into some food. Also the raw material in from Hong Kong which make the tasty become total different from the original food in other country.

刚刚有提及过全球在地化，那当然会其他国家的食物呢(如日本、泰国等等)。不过这些食品为了迎合港人的口味，所以都是港式版本呢。例如会有熟的寿司，不辣的泰国菜。很多东西都不敢太辣，又时又会加很多糖份等等。以及会使用香港的食材，所以味道和正宗地道的原版差很远。

It is "Salmon Hand Roll with Roast Cheese". This one is my favorite. I can finish it in a very short time.

这是「火灼芝士三文鱼手卷」。我最爱的食物之一，我可以在很短的时间把这吃完呢。

You can also buy some drink there. Most of the drink are in Taiwan style. Like Mike Tea or Mixed Chinese tea.

当然在这里你也可以买不同的饮品。不过大部份都是台式饮品，例如台式珍珠奶茶和混合中国茶。

This one is "White gourd juice mix Tieguanyin". It is a good friend with spicy food. It can reduce the spicy feeling after eating a very spicy food.

这个是「冬瓜铁观音」啊。这可是吃辣时的最佳配搭。解辣一流。
