@trucklife-family so many books on the subject and I've read a few - but most just didn't convince me or I couldn't agree with what they were preaching. Hopefully this is the final destination here :)
I would highly recommend it, for me it just made a lot of sense, you know when you read something and realize that you intuitively knew this you just needed reminding, I hope it resonates with you, enjoy x
