I used to be someone who doesn’t like planning at all. Since I started my part time Mary Kay business, time management become really crucial to me.
我是一个很随性 不喜欢做规划的人
自从我开始做自己的业余小事业之后
时间管理对我来说变得特别重要

I have a full time job as an engineer (24*7 support). I am a Mother with 2 kids , one in primary2 and one in kindergarten2. Many working couples in Singapore would hire a helper or their parent/parent in law to help with the household / cooking / picking up kids & etc but we are not. Not that I don’t like but my hubby is a traditional old-minded guy and prefer to do everything by ourself.

我是两个孩子的妈妈
再加上自己的小事业
不分配好时间真的不行
新加坡很多职业父母都会请女佣/父母帮忙
但我先生是很老古董的人
所以一切都要我们两人分工合作完成

Many are really curious how I manage my full times job / kids / hubby / business?

Get ready your colourful highlighters:
Light blue : full time job
Yellow : Family time
Green: income producing activity
Pink: learning / training / self improvement
Purple: travel time / me time
Orange: spiritual time / exercise

先准备好五颜六色的荧光笔
浅蓝色 : 全职工作
黄色 : 家庭时间
绿色 : 可以赚钱的活动
粉红色 : 培训/学习/自我成长时间
紫色 : 旅游/自己的休闲时间
橘色 : 信仰 /运动

First must block the important date in the weekly plan sheet. If you have 9 to 5 fixed time job also must put in first because it is your rice bowl. Then put in your family commitment time, kids school holidays. Next you will find some empty slots you can make use of to earn extra income, rest or exercise. Very important to have ME time especially for Mother with many many roles :) Mary Kay beauty class also one of my ME time because i enjoy making other people look beautiful.

主要先把重要的事情都写进每周计划表
确定的时间比如朝九晚五的工作
然后就是家庭时间
孩子们的学校假期
然后我们就可以清楚看到
还有什么多余时间可以休息做运动
还有要有自己的时间 特别是妈妈们
妈妈们有很多顶帽子要带
偶尔一两个小时的自己时间
绝对可以帮助把妈妈角色做的更棒

You can decide your own colours if you want. When you see you have all colours in a page mean you have good balances life 😄
你可以选择你自己喜欢的颜色
当你把一页都填满各种颜色
表示你充分的利用时间 生活也很平衡

Other things that will help in planning

1. Before you sleep, list down 6 important things you want to complete the next day.
2. Have a goal poster with clear timeline and plan towards it.
3. Cut down unproductive activities like scrolling Facebook , watch korean drama.
4. Join 5 o’clock club, everyday wake up 2 hours earlier you can earn another day (minus your sleeping time hehe)!

其他几项可以帮助规划的事情：
1。每天临睡前写下明天要完成的六件重要事物
2。画下有期限的梦想蓝图 一步一步朝着目标前进
3。减少没有意义的活动 比如滑面子书 看韩剧
4。加入5点钟俱乐部 每天早两个小时起床 一个星期下来你就比别人多了一天时间！（睡觉不算哦）
