Fantastic place and your post is really well detailed :) Love it! Just one thing: those are not shrimps, but "langoustines" or "scampi" :P Whatever the name, they are lovely, eat them a lot in Andalucia, but I don't think I ever tried them in the way you had them there!
Thank you @herverisson for letting me know. The name of "shrimps" is actually from the restaurant menu, haha. And yes, they were absolutely delicious!
