Human body is meant to move. Don't sit for excessively long periods of time. Take a break once in a while and move your body. One minute break every 30 minutes.
Warning!
These simple upper back moves might make your posture better, end your aches and make you happier if done regularly. Consult your doctor if that doesn't happen or if any of these movements cause pain.

Making people move,

My video is at DLive
P.S.
I'm going to do more videos like this. Mostly easy, relaxing movements, but some might have simple workout or muscle toning moves or even kettlebell training. I will be searching mostly relaxing music with the exception that kettlebell moves definitely need rock / heavy / industrial genres or something with a higher beat count. So if you're a musician and you think your music might be suitable for my needs, leave a comment.
And not just some comment, state clearly following things:
Artist - Song title (Or a link to list of songs that are available for me to use.)
Where to listen and download the song(s). I prefer Creative Commons licensed music, and links that lead to trusted sites but you can offer me all rights reserved music too. If you do, you have to clearly state if the song is only for this occasion and for my use.
All music that I use in my videos will be marked as in the video above and in this text. Artist and song tittle scrolling during the video and at the end of the video ( + license) and credited with the links you provide in the text.
There's only one move for the back: Deadlift.
:D Good move.
