Highlights of the Steem9ja Meetup Nigeria - Part 3
After the first speaker @francistagbo was done talking about plagiarism and it's effects on one's track record, the second speaker @bait002 in the VIDEO above, founder of the #offlineminnowschool took to the stage.
He spoke to minnows about finding something unique to offer to steemit and not joining the multitude to do the regular. He added that is was important for one to offer to the steemit something one had passion for, something unique, different, and outstanding. That way, one would gain recognition on the platform in no time.
He urged steemians to have genuine passion for the community and its growth and not just come for the money. Passion he said will keep you on steemit even when there are no incentives attached.
The 2nd speaker @bait002 of the Offline #minnowschool
He also spoke on the need for consistency and regularity on one's blog. "Too many niches will make one lose interest in your blog" he added. Blogging about a specific group of topics will bring genuine followers who are interested in those topics he explained.
He also urged users to maintain regularity in the duration between each of their posts and keep it a standard.

Steem9ja is an ongoing community project that is aimed at promoting steemit among Nigerian youths. In the light of this, steem9ja intends supporting quality write ups of steemians, encouraging new steemians, guiding new steemians and helping the steemit community at large to grow in significant ways.
Steem9ja aims at helping the unemployed and undergraduates earn while in school and in search of a job. We hope to achieve this by helping them and teaching them how to post original content and get duly rewarded.
Steem9ja aims at discovering Nigerians who have talents and can impact to steemit community and the world at large positively.
