A New York judge rules that bars are allowed to throw people out of their establishment on the basis of their being Trump supporters since political beliefs are not a protected class under the law (in most states)

Well all restaurants and bars DO reserve the right, not privilege, to refuse service (so long as it is not based or race or religion) and since they are also private property they can trespass an unwelcome guest at any time.
Kinda like how counting cards isn't illegal per se but if you are caught doing it you are no longer welcome on the casino's private property and will be trespassed if caught. Being caught supporting Trump has similar repercussions :-D!

If a private establishment can't kick out Trump supporters then who can they kick out?
People actively on fire?
It's hard because as a business you don't want to make other customers uncomfortable.
Things being hard is often a reason people feel uncomfortable around each other.
Having a trump supporter near me would make me uncomfortable, so I see kicking them out as win/win.
Not sure I like the precident this could set, but I understand perhaps not allowing certain political clothes as part of a basic dress code.
