Hey dlive, cold showers is where it's at!
The cold shower method is the way to go to start your day alive and awake. I have been doing cold showers for a while now. This morning I stayed in longer that usual and the results are astounding. @alxgraham @adept @mrviquez @accio @seer and @birdinc I recommend trying this to start off your days.

Well a hug to you as well. Yes cold showers are amazing. It took me a while to "warm up to it" haha.
