Have you ever had a freak tendon, joint or ligament injury that seemed to come out of nowhere? In today's video, I discuss how commonly prescribed antibiotics increase the risk of a tendon rupture.

Yeah... I'm happy that we've been prescription free for nearly 5 years now. It's just not worth it in most cases. Plus immune systems need to be strengthened and you cant do that with antibiotics. Great post Matt.
