BunnyMoney's Exercise of the Day! Crossover Lateral Raise
This is one of my favorite go to exercises for shoulders! Have the cable at the lowest level and raise your arm across your body with a slight bend in your elbow. Let me know how you like it! #dlivefitness

Hell yea me too! Lol but doing something even if it’s just a few pushups or sit-ups before bed is better then nothing!
