Relaxing Yoga practice by Anja LIVE
Join me in this relaxing flow Sunday Yoga practice! I'll take it easy today so everybody can try this exercise. I won't push the limits and do complicated postures. The main goal for today is to stretch your body, free your mind and feel relaxed.
