heheh yeahh im always tired :(( im on a diet!!! sooo its soo tiring!!
Do I.F. or always drink a natural juice like orange and apple for 3 days without any solid food then you will feel better after that! I lost 3.5 kg in 3 days and until now continuing my diet, preparation for the volleyball games tournament.
