🤸 How to Hand Stand - Wall Drills for Strength and Endurance 🤸

Hey guys!
Thanks for joining my today for another hand stand drill video tutorial! Today I will be showing you a simple wall drill. This one is very important when working toward building your strength and endurance in your hand stands!

All you need for this drill is a clear wall that you can balance yourself up against. The goal with this drill is to do a hand stand up against the wall and hold it for 30-60 seconds. After holding your hand stand, come out with control. Rest for a minute then do another set. You want to repeat this process a total of 5 times.

This drill was definitely a game changer for me. I have seen noticeable improvements in my hand stands from doing this drill a few times a week.
This can also be a great workout that you add into your normal workout routine.

I have always wanted to learn how to handstand, but in my mind I felt like it's too hard and watching your how to handstand videos which you make look super easy to do, I really want to try it out and I will definitely give a shot, so thank you for these great videos.

It is definitely very difficult to do :)) Three months of practice, and I believe I can make it acrobatics :))

I'm working on my handstand as well at the moment, but currently I'm struggling on doing it that straight like you're doing it.

I'm not on a level yet where I want to be, but it's getting better.

Hehehe @acromott.. dude almost dropped you. I love how your stiff when doing these stunts. I've given the wall drill a try, but a lot of shaking in my arms. Am going to keep doing it until I perfect it. Thanks for the lesson.
