It has been reported that 40 hijra from Sindh province in Pakistan has been joined by swearing in the country's largest national scouting agency, Pakistan Boy Scouts Association (PBAA).

Kamar Nasim, coordinator of the Blue Vane program, said, "After taking 40 hijraads from Sindh province, we are planning to get Hijra from Punjab, Khyber Pass and Balochistan. This can be done through a lot of changes and it is possible to improve the acceptability of the young Hijra in the society.

By taking steps to recruit the Hijaras, they think that their image can be developed and improved in the eyes of the society.
