This The Economist's article published on Medium bring us an interesting question. But if we consider the growth of Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAO) too, the question could be also about workers without companies or bosses but gathered by blockchains, apps and codes.

How this possible with out employees, for this we need so many robots to full file.
