The Zerocoin Light Node Protocol Whitepaper | One of The Most Important in Crypto
I really have to stress that this is one of the greatest things to happen to crypto. Zerocoin is a non-interactive zero-knowledge proof protocol that is one of the most vetted decentralized privacy protocols. At the time of writing, more than 500 projects have forked the open-source code and are using it around the globe. Until recently only full nodes could use this feature. Basically you needed a PC/Laptop with a massive file storing the blockchain. Not many were willing to keep a video game sized file just so that they can have some privacy. Even out of those who did, how many would pull out a laptop to pay for their stuff at the market?
But this new whitepaper from @pivx explains how they are going to bring Zerocoin privacy to mobile devices for the very first time.
