Yes, the girl killed herself because of racism. That part is true. You just omit that it was anti white racism in the hope the reader will assume it to be anti black racism.

Well, the liar claims that they haven't told any falsehoods. Which is technically correct.
I always have trouble with people lying by omission.
Because, you can't just call them a liar.
You have to build a case against them.
And by that time, most people are bored.
