Pad See Ew

My lunch today was a Thai dish called Pad See Ew. Pad See Ew, which means “stir fried soy sauce noodles", is an extremely popular Thai street food. Its popularity could be due to its simplicity. It has a tasty sauce and its not a spicy dish, so it can be loved by all. The noodle dish is usually mixed in with meat or seafood. However, today's dish was with vegetables only. I cannot say it was vegan or even vegetarian as the dish has eggs and the sauce usually contains Oyster sauce (however, it can be substituted with mushroom sauce instead). This dish differs a lot from Pad Thai, yet the noodles (Sen Yai) are quite similar. Have you ever had Pad See Ew before?
