This is good news for America.  They have been beholden to the Saudis for far too long.  West Texas is making huge strides to reduce the costs of getting oil out of the ground.  Doing this will help to break the dependence upon foreign oil.  This will also be aided by a push of renewable energy which is also exploding in the states.
