As Bitcoin dips below $9,500 investors are contemplating an entry.

Buying the dip is an effective strategy if you have an idea that the end of a bearish pattern is imminent.  Given the volatile nature of Bitcoin, we are seeing investors being more cautious.

Is this the time to buy?  Given Bitcoin's history, now is as good a time as ever.
