Life in Chelsea has been a sort of growth for Pulisic in his new team. He has played total of 4 appearances, started from the first minutes on three occasions and had only one assist to his name so far according to Chelsea football club website. The player already started getting a lot of recognition in the city of London, burst onto the scene with Borussia Dortmund when he was just 17 years of age. Two months after making his debut with the German giants he was selected to represent the US national team, becoming the youngest American to play a World Cup qualifier in the process. Now he is at Chelsea and preparing to prove himself in the Premier League. He acknowledges the levels of pressure are not the same.
Christian Pulisic became a member of the Chelsea squad for the start of the 2019/20 season with an agreement first reached in January 2019 for his permanent transfer from Borussia Dortmund. He spent the remainder of that season on loan at the German club. He joined Chelsea on a five-and-a-half year contract and became the third American player in our history after his international team-mate, Matt Miazga, and Roy Wegerle.
He is super fast, agile, quick and two-footed, fun to be with, a captain, a beautiful personality, Pulisic is naturally a right winger but is also comfortable playing on the left or behind a striker as seen on different occasions in the Chelsea team. Constantly swapping positions from the right to the left. He is no doubt a versatile player. We will see what he can do more in the team.
