Huawei is again seeking justice in a US court

After the US Federal Communications Commission recently banned domestic operators from purchasing Huawei equipment from a special $ 8.5 billion heavy development fund for less-developed areas, the company filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Court of Appeals. The Commission justified the ban on the alleged threat to security that the equipment was supposed to represent. According to Huawei, there is no evidence of such a thing.
