The Los Angeles Rams had a terrific season a couple years ago. They were built upon Jared Goff and Todd Gurley, two young players.

General Manager Les Snead says there is no regret about giving those players the big money even though it is not eating up a lot of cap space.  The team is looking to add in the future and get back to the Super Bowl.  

Big money deals can often hamstring teams in the salary cap league of the NFL.  The Rams went all in with the young players.  They now look to turn things around.
