Malaysia calls for ‘justice’ and citizenship for Rohingyas

Malaysia today said the culprits of savagery against Myanmar's Rohingya minority must "be brought to equity", in sharp remarks conveyed at a regularly agreeable provincial summit. Myanmar does not perceive the Rohingya as residents, rather authoritatively marking them "Bengalis", short-hand for unlawful workers from neighboring Bangladesh. A military crackdown in 2017 drove more than 740,000 Rohingya into Bangladesh, conveying records of assault, mass killings and the destroying of towns.
