I am sharing this article from the BBC, not so much because of its subject matter but its simply so well written.

Here on Steemit, there are a lot of travel writers. Some are better than others but no one here could do any worse than to read this and use it as a perfect example of how to write a travel article.

The article draws you into the experience and allows you to experience what the writer is experiencing, in this case, a trek to the most remote onsen in Japan.

The photos are superb and again give you a real sense of experience without being too 'arty' and professional.

I really enjoyed reading this and it made me look forward even more to a trip I am taking to Japan in the New Year.
